Shipping & Returns

All jewelry is handcrafted by me.  Once an order is placed it can take up to 3-5 days to ship.  Most times sooner but sometimes life happens and it may take a little longer.  If there are circumstances that may delay your order you will be notified immediately.  If you need your order in a hurry (faster than three days) please send me an email and I will see what I can do.
All orders are shipped first class via USPS for a $3.00 charge.  If you place an order for $50 or more then first class shipping is free.  Sweet!  Enter promo code FREESHIP50 at checkout.  The post office now includes a tracking number with first class postage so that is a bonus!  I will also ship Priority Mail and Express Mail upon request.    

I want you to love your jewelry.  I do not accept returns but you may exchange any piece of my jewelry within 20 days.  In order to make an exchange you need to contact me first to make arrangements.  I take extreme care in constructing each piece.  If your jewelry should break for any reason within the first two months of wearing it I will repair it for free.  After two months there will be a small fee for repairs unless I can clearly see that the problem is a faulty component and then of course there will be no charge.
